An innovative, surprising and versatile sauce that can add a touch of wonderful olive to all the dishes our customers can imagine. It is the result of the intense work carried out together with Albert Adrià.
A tribute to the olive. An exercise in synthesis of what a product as simple and complex as a
pickled olive represents on a taste level. With these sauces made from pickled green olives we want to pay tribute to an everyday product that is central to all Mediterranean cuisine.
Pairing:
Ideal for adding sauce, decorating and finishing any type of dish and/or appetizer. Highly recommended for use with rice, pasta, salads, tatakis,
Russian salad, carpaccio, vegetables, other pickles and preserves and for use as a dressing or to dip with chips.
Storage:
Unopened, it can be stored at room temperature, in the pantry, away from heat sources, direct light and strong odors. Once opened, we recommend consuming within 1 month and keeping it refrigerated.
