Caught at sea at the best time of the year in July-August, off the shores of Saint-Gilles-Croix-de-Vie, in Vendée, La Perle des Dieux's vintage sardines have become the signature of know-how and excellence passed on from generation to generation since 1887.These sardines with an exceptional fat rate (more than 12%) are great vintages that will age extremely well, up to 10 years, as long as you turn the tins over every six month. A decade during which they will become smoother and smoother, and more and more candied. A ritual to truly appreciate all the qualities of these precious sardines.
 
Vintage 2022: Miss Lulu continues her epicurean wanderings and waltzes to the rhythm of flamenco from Seville. For the occasion, she is adorned with a sumptuous cardinal red dress whose drape recalls the movements of the ocean and which reveals her back covered with elegant bluish fish. With her fan whose details resemble fine scales, Mlle Lulu enjoys the warmth and friendliness of Spanish evenings.
