The Canned Company sources all its products from Portugal & Spain's premium producers. Many cheaper alternatives source frozen fish from countries like Morocco or Thailand, at the Canned Company all our producers use local fisheries with up most standards of quality.
Where our orders are Shipped from in Australia
All our goods are shipped from our warehouse in Melbourne please allow 2-10 days of shipping depending on your location in Australia, tracking of parcel is emailed on dispatch of your items.
Policy Overview Returns

The Canned Company Team must authorize all returns via the Support Email

Our policy lasts 5 working days from when item is received. If 5 working days have gone by since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Prior to processing refund or exchanges, customers are required to send pictures of defects or damage to products, And without a pictures we cannot process request.

To be eligible for a return your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Once your return is received and inspected –

We will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
